I figured it out with this team. They have absolutely THE WORST basketball instincts in the league. Melo gets a rebound near the perimeter and instead of pushing for the fastbreak he walks it up and sets up a play. Defensively they react instead of instinctively knowing what to do. Rebounding suggs! They rarely get steals. They just "exist" on the court.
