so why in the HeII would we give him more money? We have him for 4 more years. he's not getting chump change.

He is the 29 the biggest cap hit for Cbs this season. Carr is 1st. Mo is in between them.

not sure what you were trying to say.
I see it as a CB (not a #1 CB) that is making 4 mil. a year. I am fine with that.
Just because he is our best CB doesn't mean we hand him a huge payday. In fact I hope we address our DBs in the draft next year. I don't need Scandrick becoming our next Carr. He is playing well right now, but I don't agree on how good I think you think he is. He signed his extension to do exactly what he is doing. (to me that was fair for both sides for once) Why turn around & redo it again? He would be a 3rd CB on some teams. In fact he was suppose to be a 3rd on this team. he didn't rise to #1 here because how good he is, but how bad the others played.

He was rated as the 4th best Cb in the leAgue according to PFF as of week 9. Not sure where he is after Jax. I don't go by that. I would definitely take more than 4 over him, but he is very underrated IMO

I could buy into the underrated part. But that doesn't make you one of the best.
If we just handed paydays out to everyone that has a good year we would be in trouble in a hurry with our cap.
Oh wait we often do that. Don't you get tired of this team doing that? With 4 years on his contract why in the heII should we just give away more money. BTW the 1st year or more he wasn't worth the 5 or whatever mil. he was costing. So him playing this well right now to me puts him on par.
Let him prove it for a bit & if with a year left on the contract he is worth renegotiating with so be it. Pay him more bonus money then. Quit trying to give away all Jerry's Money RTD :P

Oh I'm not. He signed the contract and then an extension I believe. It just would not surprise me if he says he is underpaid in the off season.

Scandrick is absolutely one of the most underrated players in the league, but there is no way he is a top 5 corner in this league IMO. I've never been a fan of the rankings done by these sites and don't really give them much credence.

I will say he has for a while been our only corner with skills while the ball is in the air, the only one that seems to have any instincts and the only one that seems able to step up and be physical n the running game and he never seems to be more than a step or two from his guy. That makes him our best corner by a good bit, but not sure where it ranks him league wide. Funny, Ryan supposedly wanted to bring in Carr and draft Mo, but he once wondered why Scandrick wasn't playing because he felt he was our best corner. Guy just never seemed to get the respect he deserved. We keep bringing guys in and starting them ahead of him and none of them are as good as him.

As I sit here today, I can't help but wonder if we take advantage of opportunity in the division when Sancheeze gives us butt bowls II, III and IV.

GB Needs to start running 60% of the time. Eat that clock and the game is theirs.
