I wonder whether you need magnetic resonance imaging to find one.

Good luck tonight gentlemen Im sad as a fan that MKG will be out. One of my favorite young players in the Association. But him and Neal out are real losses as I'd rather face Henderson than either one and I assume he soaks up a lot of those minutes.

Some interesting match-ups in this game--Can Chandler make Big Al work hard to get his? Who wins the Monta/Lance match-up? Can the old Dallas PG's keep Kemba from going off? Does Charlotte have anyone at all who can attempt to slow Dirk who is off to a blazing start this year with his shooting.

Great offense vs good defense. Being at home should help the defense tho Dallas is such a veteran team that shouldn't be too big a factor.

We're as sad as you are that MKG is hurt

I would expect Hairston soaks up minutes and Henderson gets Neal's minutes. Lance will probably play 40 minutes if he isn't sucking, and I assume that we just end up throwing Marvin and Zeller on Dirk. Zeller was the only player we managed to put on Anthony Davis and he actually did a pretty good job, and Marvin's not really good at anything, so I assume it's Zeller that will get that unenviable task. I'm pretty sure Parsons will probably score like 30 points on us, mostly from three, as Lance will have his hands full with Monta already. Henderson might do a decent job on Parsons but he gives up 4-5 inches. Maybe Hendo guards Ellis (he's done well in the past) and lets Lance guard Parsons? If Kemba can find his shot there's no reason he can't have a great game, but we're pretty road-weary as a whole, and Al hasn't even tried on defense this season, and as a result, we haven't even been good on D this year. Al's offense hasn't been up to last year's standards either and Chandler will probably give him all sorts of trouble. I'm not sure I have a great feeling about this one.

The "Hammer":

2006/07
Gerald Wallace - 27g,8s,6b = 102
Emeka Okafor - 14g,13s,13b = 81
Raymond Felton - 8g,16s,9b = 65

2007/08
Jason Richardson: 29g,14s,8b = 123
Emeka Okafor: 13g,19s,11b = 86
Raymond Felton: 11g,13s,18b = 79

Gerald Wallace: 18g,17s,7b = 94
Raymond Felton: 17g,12s,13b = 88
Emeka Okafor: 12g,11s,17b = 75

Raymond Felton: 13g,8s,15b = 69
Stephen Jackson: 10g,11s,17b = 69

Kinda sad to see what's befallen Crash, Oak, Felton and even Richardson and Jackson. Really sad about Okafor who was both a quite good player and seemed to be a great guy as well.

Hopefully once Felton comes back from the suspension he is finally about to start he can return to some of the form he flashed in Charlotte. I have been underwhelmed with Jameer Nelson to this point. I had reasonably low expectations and he's not even meeting those.

And what's the deal with Biyombo? Why isn't he getting any minutes at all? I understand Zeller is playing pretty well and taking some minutes at the 4/5 but why is Maxiell playing ahead of BB? That confuses me if I'm honest. Has Biyombo regressed? Is he hurt? Want to trade him to Dallas?

You will get differing opinions from different people. Clifford claimed it was an effort issue. He said he was not trying in the preseason, although I never saw anything less than 100% effort. Some, including me, think he was being punished for not staying in town to work all summer and instead did basketball without borders. He has played the last two games and I doubt Clifford can put Maxiell back in now.

Any Hornets fans can tell me what wrong with Lance? I drafted him in my fantasy league and he gets a ridiculous amount of rebounds by cannot score at all

So why is he not getting any points? ??

Stephenson is struggling to score for a few reasons. One reason may be that he came into the season slightly out of shape, so he hasn't really had his legs. The other reason is because we run a simplified offensive system that revolves around feeding Jefferson in the post and standing motionless 75% of the time. Lately, Stephenson has been picking up his offensive game though via high ball screens & drag screens earlier in the shot clock though

Yet he has a 26% usage rate. Either he passes out of the post the overwhelming majority of the time or your description of our offense is not accurate.

He spent the summer in Africa goofing off instead of training in CHA with the hard core types and that seemed to piss Coach off. He's looked pretty good the last two games when he's finally got minutes.

I'm curious to know what people's perception of Biz's value outside of CHA is. Would you give up Devin Harris for him, for instance? (you have 4 starting PGs), or even Harris + Greg Smith (since you won't need Smith if you bring in Biz)?

Jefferson actually has a usage rating of 30.1% (10th in the league among qualified players --- over 200 minutes total; 2nd among centers behind only DeMarcus Cousins' 33.2%), and since usage rating only accounts for the percentage of plays that end with that said player scoring, assisting, or getting to the free throw line, it doesn't account for all of the possessions in which Jefferson can't get positioning and pass the ball out to our players with the shot clock at their back

Use NBA.com stats. It's more accurate

Ah, helpful, used ESPN for the stats.

How often does Al pass out of the post though? It can't be more than 5-10% of his possessions. Even then, it's inaccurate to say that 75% our offense consists of getting it to Al in the past and just standing around.

He really didn't want your team to draft him. He was holding out for the guy drafting 2 spots after you. He is stinking it up in an attempt to force his way off your team.
