Their boss approved the rebuild. They're not going anywhere anytime soon.

owners or bosses of big organizations change their mind all the time
they also never take the fall, someone else does.

Have the owners or the bosses concerned the ticket sales practically? :nonono:

Yep they just get a new one.
Of course they approve the rebuild, but i dont believe anyone in the world would want something like a 0-20 start to the season.

Yeah doesn't really matter who approved what, if Sixers keep losing one of Hinkie or Brown will be gone.

For me you are legendary poster man, but dont call my man jrue mediocre. I simply loved his game!!
Lets hope the plan will work, or we will suck for a other 5 years or so.

Jrue is an all star, could be once in a life said by him. Mediocre player don't make all star.

MCW is falling in love with his jumper too much and needs to take the ball to the rim like he did last year.

Noel made crucial mistakes on defense in the clutch and will obviously need to improve but for the most part I was satisfied with his performance today.

Brett Brown is really losing my support with his puzzling lineups and rotations. I mean he should know that playing Davies, Mbah a Moute and Thompson together is a recipe for disaster. KJ not getting minutes is really beginning to piss me the f*** off.

He was a terrible matchup for them and didn't have his typical defensive impact, but Brandon Davies was the one getting abused most of the time Bass was out there at least.

I didn't see tonights game, I actually haven't watched the last couple, but what is his "typical defensive impact'? Dude has been **** garbage all year save for 1 or 2 games. He is not intimidating anybody, the lane doesn't become some no fly zone when he is there. People need to stop with the over the top hype.

The thing is, everyone saw this coming. It's been a running joke since the draft. What did we expect would happen?

I didn't expect the team to go 0-30 to start the season, they took it too far

Yeah, I agree. Didn't realize how much they'd miss Thad, but I've been saying this roster needs at least 1 or 2 NBA guys who know what the hell they're doing and I've gotten mostly ripped for it. Every single guy on this team has to play beyond their skill set, and it makes for terrible basketball.

meh

Next up Phoenix. Can't wait to see MCW and Wroten go 10-40 while everyone else stands around and watches.
I speak the truth.

So Brown and Hinkie are going to get fired and then the team will magically start winning games? One of the possible consequences of undertaking a complete rebuild is the terrible team we're watching. Everybody knew this was possible, especially the owners who approved it. I'm familiar with Harris's business history, he didn't become a billionaire by abandoning sound plans in the middle of the process.

Agreed for the most part. Hinkie is in no danger at all... Brown on the other hand needs to show he can actually coach a team, run some plays, inspire these guys to play some D. Even a team with horrible players can stay in games when they put their heart into playing some D. Why did KJ not play more tonight? I am only going by the box for tonights game, but looks like he had a good showing.

Oh yeah I miss those mediocre teams too.......

What wrong with mediocre actually? Hinkie. We don't need to go down before going to the top.

History disagrees with you. There are many examples.

Davies was absolutely terrible, Can they bring Varnado back or something?

Davies was the one getting killed out there most of the time, Nerlens had his share of mistakes but it was nothing in comparision to Davies.

Take a look at Hollis Thompson's shooting in the last 5 games:

1-5
0-4
5-7
1-8
1-6

Its Browns fault, doesnt run plays everyone running around with no.idea what to do.
Edit solomon hill just made a amazing buzzer beater. When pacers can win why we cant?

There's not many "plays" in the kind of offense they are running. It's a motion offense where you make decisions based on where the ball moves.

They aren't a lot of "plays" in many NBA offenses in general. This isn't high school ball.

I never said the team will get better if someone is fired.
and I don't argue with anything they you say
in my opinion sometimes the losing is too much to take and people get fired because of that.

a few years ago Cam Cameron become the head coach of the Dolphins after many years as a successful OC in the NFL.
he got to a rebuilding team and everyone know it will take a few years to get better
he went 1-15 in his first season and got fired.
sometimes you lose too much and you got to go.

Oh boy the panic is strong amongst us tonight. I think we should wait and see what Brown does with an actual NBA roster first before we put him under the guillotine. Hinkie didn't give him a 4 year deal for nothing.

If you jokers are about to wish to go back to the old days...I am going to take a long break from this board.

You guys cried for the tank for years. You get it and suddenly are crying for more of the same exact **** you complained about?

0-30 would be insane and too much yes. But lets be real here...3-27 or 10-20 isn't much better and at the end of the day this is exactly what you are were asking for.

holy **** how quick you are all to jump off the bandwagon when holy crap...we actually are tanking?!?

wow
