Memphis trades Tayshaun Prince/Jordan Adams/Nick Calathes
Memphis receives Luol Deng/Ronnie Price
Price can be third string PG. And Deng is a win now piece.
Miami trades Luol Deng/Norris Cole
Miami receives Jordan Hill/Nick Young/Nick Calathes
Young replaces Deng at SF. Heat could still be in the running to sign Ray Allen to add more depth. Calathes has shown to be a solid backup.
Los Angeles trades Jordan Hill/Nick Young/Ronnie Price
Los Angeles receives Tayshaun Prince/Jordan Adams/Norris Cole
Lakers shave a couple of years off of Swaggy P's deal and are sure to be under the LT after this deal. Free up some cap for next year. Should be able to re-sign Cole to a decent deal with the uncertainty at PG for them going forward.

Re: MEM/HEAT/LAL
Not bad for us. I've always like Deng and thought he'd be a good fit here. On paper it probably adds a few wins but I'd hate to lose the great veteran presence that Prince brings and Adams might turn into a solid player that could grow and develop with us, where as Deng is done developing and won't get any better.

This is your best proposal out of the three imo. However, i still wouldn't do it unless the lakers are willing to take koufos instead of adams. Even then i'd have to be 100% certain we'd be able to sign jermaine o'neal or emeka to replace kosta.
Personally, and obviously i'm biased, i'd still like to wait another 6 weeks or so to see if vince can get healthy. Injury-free carter is the perfect fit at sf imo. Shooting, playmaking and tony can guard the best sg/sf on the other team. Tony guards lebron/durant just as good as deng anyway, actually neither tony or luol can really stop them so i probably shouldn't use the word "good". If vince doesn't return to form i'd make the trade. Luol is a pretty smart player, good defender, decent shooter and he does give you more size. I could see him working out pretty well.
In short, i don't think he's enough of an upgrade over injury-free carter to give up on adams or koufos, not to mention taking on his contract might jeopardize the chances of re-signing gasol this summer. I say "might" because i don't have a clue about the cap situation.

Re: MEM/HEAT/LAL
Actually right now Prince has more value for Memphis then adding Deng would. Prince is on an expiring contract does exactly what we need him to do when called upon and there is no friction when he does not play. In contrast trading for Deng and having to depend on him night in and night out and he is either injured or reverts to the Cleveland version.
On a side note, we can not continue to trade 1st round picks so trading Adams would be too wasteful, especially in this deal.
