According to a French basketball website, only four teams succeeded to reach the playoffs with a record of 3 - 12 record at the beginning of the season. We are not so far from this record.

Suns 1997
Bulls & Nets 2005
Sixers 2011

How many have come back from 6-18? That's where I see us in the middle of December

At least we play in the east, 38 wins is probably enough but im not sure if would want a 1st round exit again over a good lotto pick.

Turns out you can get my favorite photo (the May, Morrisson, Felton, Okafor one) on eBay for $75. Plus, it has signatures of each of them, except Emeka.

I think it's a steal and someone should go for it:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Charlotte-Bobca ... 0917038962

(I really hope that the original owner thought he was selling this for a fortune in ten years time once this big four had established themselves as Bird, Mutombo, Coleman and Mark Jackson)

If we are 6-18 through 24 games, that's not that bad considering more than half of those are against western teams. I still think 8th seed would be a pessimistic prediction.
