Brandon Webb is easily better than more than half the pitchers on this list. Top 3 pitcher in the game to me.

Johan Santana has been arguably the best pitcher in each of the past 3 years, yet he can't make a possible best pitcher list, wow.

Brad Penny? Seriously? I would take Penny's teammate Lowe over Penny any day.

Smoltz, Bedard, Bonderman, F. Hernandez are all top 10 and better than a couple on this list.

Then theres Carpenter and Liriano who would be top 10 if not injured.

Stud youngins like Lincecum, Hughes, and soon to be Gallardo would be close but haven't shown enough yet.

Hes more relevant to the question than anyone on that list. So is Chris Carpenter even though he is hurt.

Johan Santana. I guess I'd take Peavy out of that list.

Zambrano, when right, is definitely a legit choice.

Santana should be on this list and maybe the best one on this list is Peavy, but dpn't just discard Beckett. He is just starting to figure it out and being able to harness his emotions in check, the sky is the limit for Beckett in the next few years.

None of the above.

Erik Bedard. Guy is downright filthy in a hitter's park on a horrific team.
