I'm not even sure these guys want to win. 35 point blowouts every night with Luc Mbah A Moute playing 37 minutes a night is a major turn off.

He'd be lucky to get those minutes on the 87ers. I'm looking for 90 points and half off Papa Johns, since they changed from half off after every win..

Are we basically stuck with him tho? Seems like having Moute is a "suck up" move for us to gain Embiid's loyalty forever.

I am not a Sixers fan, but watched the Sixers game live while i was on a business trip in Dallas on November 13th, and i am sure after that game, some College teams can beat this Sixers team. Absolutely awful team. I knew it was going to be bad, but nobody could have predicted it was going to be this terrible.

Feel bad for those Sixers season ticket holders who already spent their hard-earned cash on this horrific product this year. The game i watched on November 13- there was no effort at all at times. A team can always give a decent effort, but this Sixers team is embarrassing. The 2015 draft is 7 months away. Cheer up guys. Anyways, they have a shot at beating Minnesota on Dec. 3rd. I can see it happening. However- i doubt it happens, but would love to see them go 0-82 for the heck of it. That would be a great accomplishment.

Who the heck judges a team's capabilities based upon their worst performance ever?

Start Covington. He provides the 3 pt shooting your team desperately needs.

We need to sign a guard who can score and create. Like that guy who lead our summer league in scoring that we traded.

If Wroten and MCW are on the court. Let MCW be the traditional set-up PG and then run the plays for Wroten off the ball, use those ET curl plays. That way you bring out the best of both guys with limiting their chances for errors. The way I see it, our offense is drive and dish. You put both MCW and Wroten, both guys are struggling to shoot thats why our offense is **** when they're both in, so you adjust your offense if both guys are on the court.

MCW excels in the pick and pop game, not with the pick and roll (issues dribbling in traffic). With this said, let Davies or Sims or Thompson (depending on who's hot) play the Hawes role last season for the pick and pop game at the mid range, then place him alongside a finisher big man alongside with two floor spacer. And MCW needs to play with a guy like Shved, another guy who can create (that's how sh*tty this team is).

There were really a lot of miscommunication on both ends of the floor. Whether it's switching and rotating on defense or whether the guy who is setting the pick needs to roll or slip.

Noel did a nice job against the knicks by adjusting. He now actually set picks and was a lurker around the rim for opportunistic baskets. And I think MCW, Wroten and the rest of the guys also needs to adjust their games.

Overall, there just need some adjustments just like what Nerlens did against the Knicks. The staff needs to figure it out. Whether it's the changing of roles of our guys or changing the rotation on who plays better with whom.

The rotation I have in mind is to start.

Wroten
KJ
Luc
Noel
Sims

Wroten will be that ball dominant scorer like in our first few games. If he is denied, he'd have Sims at the post. He'd be surrounded with a defensive oriented line-up to slow down the opponents' starters. And McDaniels and Luc can be respectable 3 and D guys. Luc can also drive and drop pass to our big man, he's a good decision maker and he's been doing a good job with this lately.

Then off the bench..

MCW
Shved
Covington
Hollis Thompson
Davies or Noel

MCW runs pick and pop with Thompson/Davies/Sims/, then let Shved and Covington at opposite corners to shoot and a finisher lurking around the rim like Noel or another PF/C player. Shved can also play off ball like ET's role last season being a good shooter (but doesn't goes in) and playmaker.

Finishing the game..

MCW
Wroten
McDaniels
Luc Mbah or Thompson
Noel

MCW plays his role last season playing pick and pop for Thompson or Luc Mbah. Wroten plays the ET role running off screens and doing drives at infinity times. McDaniels should be our spacer 3 and D guy. Noel plays the Thad Young finisher around the rim. Defensively, we'd play small but we have enough length and athleticism to be active and disrupt passing lanes if we go for traps and doubles teams
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

What are you talking about? That was Sixers basketball at its finest. Based on the other times this Sixers team has been blown out already, i can see a very good college team beating them. Absolutely awful basketball team. Feel bad for the Sixers fans who spend their hard-earned money on season tickets. No good fans deserve to watch this product. Embarrassing for the league. If they are going to be this bad, might as well go in the record books and lose the rest of their 69 games remaining. Going 0-82 would be a great accomplishment in a historical sense. Anyways, for the sake of their loyal fans, i hope they can turn it around. Maybe it was the one game i saw, but that was not a pleasant sight.

I wouldn't say our guys aren't trying. I've only been to one game this season, but to me it just seemed like there was zero fluidity. It was like watching a freshmen high school basketball game where kids are just thrown in random combinations with little knowledge of each others' games. Not surprised though since it seems faces keep changing every other week and line-ups are constantly scattered. Guess that's just what it's going to be like this season. I feel bad for Brett Brown the most from all of this.

Had things gone Sixers way the team would be probably sitting on 3 wins right now (Magic, Bulls, Rockets). So yeah that Dallas game is an anomaly of sorts and judging the team's capabilities solely on that game makes little sense.

And in regards to college, you are overlooking the fact these guys are 0-13 against world's best in the NBA and even against that kind of talent they have had opportunities to win a couple of times. They would absolutely destroy any college team where the talent, athleticism and years of experience doesn't even come close to what this team faces in NBA. For ex. a guy like Noel was feasting on his opponents in college and has only been able to show glimpses of that so far against NBA talent, that's how high talent level is in this league and you have to keep that in mind.

I saw an article on Philly.com saying that the Sixers are not favored to win any of the remaining 69 games. The same article also says that the best chance of getting a win would be when we play the Lakers in March.

Seriously? March as in five months from now? Sounds like the local media wants to see this team go 0-82.

I can see them beating the Nets which is ironic because the Nets hold the record for the most consecutive losses

Our guys are trying. If you can't see the frustration then I don't know what to tell you. I thought Brett Brown was going to spontaneously combust against Portland.
