Recalled Payne, now Bud has to get him on the floor.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.

Nene is out tonight.

I will say we score over 100. The Wizards defense is based on shutting down the interior and forcing teams to make shots which is exactly what we can do. We should have a good chance at winning this one if we can make some 3's tonight. Horford's range will pull Gortat away from the basket and open lanes for Teague to drive and others to cut. Millsap should be able to score on Pierce as well.

I'm going with over 100 points as well. With Nene out, I think we should be able to pull the W. We have to come out strong though. It seems like we have had bad 1st halfs for the last 5 games.

Of course Horford picks up 2 fouls in the first two minutes of the 1st quarter. Of course.

Terrible1st quarter by both teams. We are doing awful from the 3 point line and the only reason the Wizards are even in this is because of the whistles going their way.

Hopefully that 3 will get Scott back in rhythm. We are going to need a few 3's from him tonight.

Bud has got to manage Teagues minutes better. Ever since the emergence of Schroeder, I feel like Bud leaves Teague out about 2-3 minutes to long. But wow, Teague has been getting whatever he wants in the paint.

My god. Our offense has been putrid in the second quarter. At least theirs has been as well.

good grief. I'm not sure if either team will crack the 80 point mark by the end of the game. Lol at predicting we finish over 100 points.

Other than curry, "point guard wise" Teague has to be one of the best value contracts in the league. Such a good game from him tonight.

Interesting 2nd half adjustments, I see the Hawks are playing better without Antic and Al.

Great win for us tonight. Our bench provided some major punch for us to. Korver might as we'll have not even made the trip to Washington tonight. Total no show from him this game. Although I'm sure that was because he was being guarded more heavily than any of our other players. Seeing us pull this one out despite the ugly start is a major confidence boost.

We hit that 100 as well.

I love how having both Carroll and Thabo allows us to be so flexible with our lineups. Great defensive effort from the guys tonight.

Teague is beastly once again. We are going to be rock solid if he stays aggressive night in and night out.

Lol I know. At the half I seriously thought there was ZERO chance we hit the 100 mark. Then both teams ended up hitting the 100 mark, just crazy.

Return to Atlanta Hawks
