Sacramento Kings @ Houston Rockets 11/26

Post#1 » by Wolfay » Thu Nov 27, 2014 12:41 am

Happy Thanksgiving y'all! I know I'm thankful for the ongoing resurrection of our beloved Kings! :D

Anyway it's pretty much Cousins vs. Harden tonight. Gay and Collison are both out, and Howard is out for the Rockets. I pity the fool who has to guard Cousins tonight. Expect some more zone and double teams on Cousins.

Things could get ugly for Houston if Cousins activates his beast mode and it stays on for the whole game.

That said, we need players to step up alongside with Cousins. Casspi was one of them last game. BMac was another one too.

We need more players that can come to the plate and perform right now.

Big difference in Gay and Collison being out as we have depth at SF.

Let's get a strong team performance

Reminds me of the Wolves start, at least this is not as boring early as that one was.

Wondering about the strategy of taking Casspi out?

Maybe wants to max his mins as a scoring option when Cuz comes out later.

About time we see Ray I think.

Sessions should not continue to be tolerated as is. He has taken advantage of the veteran slow start thing

This is on Malone if he keeps playing Sessions big minutes.

Sessions is a net negative so far in a Kings jersey.

Are we actively avoiding Cousins in the post? It sure seems like it.

 LOL Nik passes up a wide open 3, shoots up airballed trash, Terry breaks out his old man cane and hits one in his face.

We'd be down to Philly by 10 with this play.

It's not from a lack of trying. Houston is doing everything they can to make sure Cousins doesn't even touch it.

Unless the Kings wake up this could get ugly.

I'm not worried yet.

Live by the outside shot....

Way early, let them go on a cold streak when Cousins gets hot, and it will be a close game.

Finally Thompson back in, need his help with Monte, and some boards. Should have put him back in earlier.

Return to Sacramento Kings
