Aside from his few obvious coaching flaws. I'm very happy with how quickly Hollins reacts to poor play and lack of production. I still have an issue with his love affair for Alan Anderson and odd dislike for AK but Plumlee has been hot garbage so far and a worse defender than Brook.

I have no problem with this, but it is a shame that this kid has taken a turn towards the worst.

Kidd got the most out of the kid when he made his role simple. Giving this guy paint touches and making him post up when he excels at slashing and finishing was a massive mistake on Hollins' part, You coach to the players' strengths, not their weaknesses.

That said, Plumlee's defense has been garbage.

i like that hollins is making an effort and old school approach to players who dont improve or struggle , i hope he uses markel brown and cory jefferson to replace alan anderson, jack, or bigs who struggle
