Im not gonna sugar coat this one fellas, if we don't win this then we have no business even being in the playoff mix in the east. This should be an easy win for sure.

Agree with your conclusion. Charlotte is a team that plays hard, but their roster is just so poorly put together with so many issues on both ends that if we take care of our business they should dismantle themselves.

I won't be able to watch the game until late tonight on DVR. Me and my fiancé are going out to watch the Auburn vs Alabama game. Her family is nothing but die hard Alabama fans and I'm a Georgia fan...the struggle is real lol

So we're up by 36 at the half. How exactly did we lose to them?

Very impressive half.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.

a truly DOMINATING performance.

Dennis is fantastic. It's time to move this kid to the forefront.

Can't believe just weeks ago he couldn't even get on the BBall court.

Can't watch the game (for reasons that will become apparent below), but are we really up by 36 at the 1/2? What the...

lol - I can commiserate. I'm a UGA alum and I'm currently at my in-laws house... In Birmingham. My sister-in-law had the nerve to ask me who I would be rooting for in the Iron Bowl while the UGA-GIT game was still on (and, yes, the question completely assumed that no one cares about any game except the Iron Bowl).

EDIT: how in the h3ll did I miss 30 minutes of posts?!?!

Big win tonight. Nice to be on the good side of one of these blowouts for a change.

My only regret: JJenkins was not here to get some valuable PT and attempt to earn Bud's respect.

Note: Bazemore is very bad at offense.

Dennis did NOT play much in garbage time tonight. This cements his status as a rotation player to valuable to waste during a blowout. It's mind blowing how much has changed for him from the beginning-of-the month to the end.

It definitely seems that CHA overreached bringing a player like lance to a very unstable situation. I don't blame them for trying to improve that team, but they clearly need to make adjustments to that roster/lineup/situation.

I was surprised to see Brand get playing time over Antic. They definitely could have used his post defense in the TOR game this past week.

I'm hoping this is a permanent move. Hawks need more defense than ever than Antic's offense.

Just finished watching. And here is my game analysis...

GOOD OLD-FASHION BEATDOWN

This was seriously a meltdown from Charlotte from beginning to end. This game almost had that blowout CLE-ATL presence a week back ago except this time we were the ones who couldn't be stopped. I enjoyed this one so much, I finally got that bad taste out of my mouth from our first game with Charlotte.

All wins are good. Everybody gets a blowout and also blown out, that is just how basketball has been for decades.

Hopefully this will be the game that the Hawks realize that they can compete for #1 in the east, or maybe not.

Its hard to judge blowout games because one side does so well and the other side does so bad.

The only thing i really really wish is that Payne dressed for the game, and we could have seen 20 minutes of playing time for the rookie (also Jenkins).

Was at the game, great win however, hawks I think at one point were 8/9 from 3????

We just couldn't miss. So with that I'll be a little pessimistic in my happiness.

What was really good to me was defense. That first half we were smothering, lots of blocks at the rim, Jefferson I think had only 5 points close to the half.

When our shots aren't falling we will need to rely on defense so 2 defensive nights in a row makes me feel better than a 30+ pt blowout.

Bazemore , terrible. DS I picked up in my fantasy league he looked sharp tonight. He makes some rondo-esque moves sometimes.

Very good win.
Charlotte is far from being good but we seemed to click.
