I don't see a line up change happening so I'll stay away from that.
I would do the following...
On offense ride Brook early on. He's best in first quarters. If he's playing well, great. If not know to keep him on the bench the rest of the way. Let D.Will be the main option on offense otherwise.
Pick and roll much more..D.Will with Lopez, KG, Plumlee, Teletovic.
If Jack is in the zone let him play and shoot. If he's not make him pass more and form chemistry with the second unit. I'd say less of Jack/D.Will but that would mean more Anderson.
Play AK. It can't hurt as most think he's done anyway. He should be taking AAs minutes and even play some PF. Play Plumlee. Right now his confidence is hurting as is his trade value.
If/when AK is moved we need more depth on the wings so that AA doesn't play. Brown and Karasev should even get a crack at his minutes.
Defensively we need to keep KG at C to help anchor the D. We need our bigs to step up defensively which I think is possible since they can't be much worse. Stay big and even try some Mirza at SF with two bigs next to him. I'd also like to see more Plumlee/Lopez. If KG leaves us next year were going to need someone who can play next to Brook assuming he's still on the team. Plumlee would be our best pick and roll defender and IMO might be better defensively at PF since he can get overpowered easily by big Cs.
Otherwise...while I think Hollins had the right idea at first calling out players I think this team is too mentally soft to take it. Lopez and Plumlee in particular. It hasn't worked yet as neither is playing well. AK is another one he seemed to alienate. I think he should continue is hard ass ways but less publicly would be my preference.
