Rodger's looks off. Adams had a step on his guy both times and neither throw was catchable.

surprised we chose to receive to start the game, it seems like we almost always defer. love the blocking on those lacy runs and rodgers had all day to throw on that defensive holding call. Even though had some early success with the run, i hope MM doesn't forget what brought us here- #12 and his arm.

It's actually a really smart play. If the kicking team touches it, but doesn't pick it up, the receiving team can grab it and run with it. Even if they fumble, they still keep the ball, except it is just where the kicking team touched it first. Only positive outcomes can occur, similar to an offsides free play.
