Goal for this month should be reaching 10+ wins before the new year.... but I seriously doubt the Lakers have that short of mentality to do it... they will probably play inconsistent ball all year long... you simply can't change a team when there identity is non-existent.

Goal for this month is just get Kobe passing MJ on the scoring list. After that, limit Kobe's minute to 32 or less, sit him out for some games like what Scott said he will do before the start of the season (his words has little meaning to me). Develop the rest of the team.
