That's exactly what I'm saying, because then Curry wouldn't have taken the 3, he would have drove in the lane and made a layup and the game would still be going on. You do not give Curry that 3 point shot, period! You don't lose the game with a tie, so you give Curry any shot he wants except the 3. Why is that so hard to understand? Also, you need to get off Harris' d#@k!. If that was Frye doing that, you would have been complaining just like everyone else. Also just because I call Harris out for that doesn't mean I dont think he's great and know he does a lot of good, like that big shot he hit. I swear it's like impossible to say something bad about certain players on here.

Oladipo hits a wing three from a drive and dish by Payton. The Magic's lead increases to 12. As Oladipo backpedals from the timeout that was called and heads to the Magic bench...he repeatively, and consistently yells "WHOOOOOOO" at least 5 times in a row. It was loud enough that I could distinctively hear it from my low volume TV. I know for a fact each and every one of the Warrior's players heard him as well in disgust.

I knew that show of cockiness and early celebration would come back and bite us in the behind....Karma always does. If anyone recorded this game, go back and see that Curry, once he hits the game winning three, DELIBERATELY yells "WHOOOOO" over and over again systematically like Oladipo did earlier.

I hope Oladipo learns his lesson, and to be as humble as he is advertised to be. Sometimes it comes back and bites you in the behind in sports when you act out of your ordinary line, especially when its in a form of early celebration.

Interesting, thanks. That explains why Curry was acting like a jackass against an Eastern Conference lottery team.

For what it's worth, I doubt he was trying to show up the other team. I can only imagine what kind of emotional release they needed after going up that much against this team.

Thank you, glad somebody else somewhat noticed. He was probably showing up Oladipo more than the Magic in general...for what Oladipo solely did. I mean, Oladipo hooted and hollered LOUD and EXCESSIVELY on a heart stabbing moment for the Warriors. I can't see how the Warriors would not take exception to him doing that and send the same feeling back tenfold.

Everybody and their momma watching that game knew Curry was gonna shoot a 3. Whatever I'm tired if talking about our trade bait. The tank continues on.

I think they took exception to the fact that they were losing and not because of Dipo's emotions.

Yeah, Thompson pumped his fist after knocking down the 3 to tie the game. This was a close game AND a come back... Regardless the opponent, this was a great comeback victory for the Warriors. So showing emotion isn't much of a big deal.

Dude what are you talking about, these aren't robots

Bro, what Oladipo did was straight up RUDE. If this was in Orlando, maybe they dont notice but the crowd was dead silent when he did this. Go back and see.

And thats exactly my point, they aren't robots. Opposing players will ELEVATE their game from the feeling of being disrespected. Isn't it human nature??

The Warriors were getting REALLY disrespected. And I think that quite possibly Oladipo's overzealous reaction could have beeng what pushed the Warrior's over the edge tonight. Also take note that right after the timeout, the Warriors enter with EXTREME energy.

I'm sure you've played some pick up games where you get disrespected by the other team (or in this case a specific opposing player) and then you take over.

Both players are bad... but atleast Harkless gives us height instead of having Green guard Barnes or Speights and let them constantly score over them or grab rebounds

Also Harkless is a far better defender. Willie Green was literally making the game 4 vs. 5 in the 2nd quarter. The Warriors announcers kept highlighting on that and the Warriors were sagging off of Green cause they knew he wouldn't hit any shots.

Oladipo's "rudeness" is the furthest thing we need to be stressing about.

So Steph Curry just coincidently yelled "WHOOO" 5 times in a row just like Oladipo did? He couldn't choose any form of celebration for his stunning game winner other than doing the same EXACT thing Oladipo so rudely did?

Again, rewatch and then tell me if you dont think what Oladipo did was rude. Players take exception to that.

Oh and by the way, i'm not saying this why we lost. I'm just saying that once I saw Oladipo celebrate like that, I had a feeling we would lose at that point. Because sports Karma is mean like that.

We lost because a competitive pro athlete showed emotion?

I'm going to just go ahead and say that Karma almost certainly has nothing to do with sports. Nor does God intervene for your favorite team to score. Things happen because they happen. As far as Vic hollering after his run giving them some extra incentive to play that much harder, perhaps. Have you ever sat courtside though? The smack talk is out of this world - showing 'rude excessive emotions' on the court is as commonplace as squeaking sneakers.

And besides...if sports karma were real...I feel like we'd have won a freaking championship by now. ;)

First Tobias is supposed to be able to guard the best point guard in the league in the open floor. Now we lost the game because oladipo celebrated after hitting a big shot. Lol

Also, Willie Green is terrible. True. Harkless is not much better right now. Sorry, but he's not. I'm pretty sure JV goes with Willie because he at least doesn't look timid and scared on an NBA court like Moe does. Yes, Moe can make more things happen on the court with his length and athleticism, but you never know what Moe will show up. We need Aaron Gordon.

And I hope everyone giving Tobias a pass for that D on Curry finally can stop ragging on Jameer for what he did against Fisher in the '09 Finals. It was basically the same thing.
