We need Seattle, Arizona, and Detroit to lose today. That way when we kick the **** out of Seattle next week and Arizona loses the 49ers take control of the division. :D

If Seattle and Arizona lose we could have the inside track at the division title if we win out

Jake Locker is an absolute mess as a project QB right now IMO. It'll be interesting to see the situation he finds himself in next year but it continues to appear that some assistant is going to have to a bunch of work to do with him as soon as this season is over with.

Drew Brees has the all-time record for most consecutive games with 1+ passing TDs - 54 games. Since that streak ended, he's started a new one and is currently sitting at the 7th longest streak in NFL history - 32 games. He didn't have a passing TD today until 5 minutes and change in the 4th quarter when he just found Ben Watson for a 5-yard or so TD.

Funny enough he hadn't thrown the TD until after I started looking this stat up.

Jets almost found another new way to lose a game. They allowed a 12-13 yard catch to Greg Jennings that got the Vikings into position to kick a 56-yard FG but it wasn't even close. Well short and well wide.

I'd be quite surprise if Luck showed up on what could be their final drive to win the game here down 5. He's a bit of a mini mess himself in this game today. Drops have hurt him somewhat today, too, though.

Really pretty catch by Moncrief to get them out of deep in their own territory and then a deep defensive pass interference penalty by the Browns gives the Colts the ball around the Cleveland 25-yard line. 35 yard penalty.

Then throws a short strike to Fleener for a first down on 3rd and 10 as he was jumping up and backwards. Nuts.

Scrambles up the middle to around the 2-3, takes a shot to the face, fumbles, but just barely was able to secure it enough to get back on top of it to save the game. Yikes!

----------

Jamaal Charles just ripped off a long TD run.

-----------

A personal favorite of mine - Jarius Wright - just ended the game for the Vikings in overtime. 87 yards on a pass 1-yard behind the LOS. So the Jets do end up finding new ways to lose games after all.

4th and inches for the Colts on the 2-yard line. Luck hands to Herron, stuffed at the line, pushed back, he spins away from an oncoming defender, hits the hole and picks up the first down to the 1. Insane play by Herron there.

Looks like I'll be wrong again. Luck likely to deliver the win on the final drive after looking awful at times in this one with not a ton of help from his receivers other times.
