We need them to win so they can possibly pass us in the standings.

Yeah, let's make this even more humiliating. And allow Seattle to win the division and get a home playoff game.

Stanton hurt, carted off to the locker room. Looked like his leg. They put in Lindley instead of Thomas though

Re: Cardinals @ Rams
Semi big or at least a dumb mistake by Arians to throw a flag and challenge a play that was already going to be challenged. 15-yard penalty going to back up the punter on 4th down and cost them a timeout.
I really, really hope Logan Thomas flops for the Cardinals if he ever gets his chance if the Stanton injury is serious because that move has home run potential at some point.

Wow! And then Arians could be seen saying to the ref that the flag just fell out of his pocket instead. I love that man as a coach but you've got to be freaking kidding me, Bruce?

3;15 left in the 3rd quarter and there's been 27 total combined yards by both teams in this quarter.

Gotta say the cardinals are one of the best coached teams. Bruce Arians and that staff have been doing a great job. Todd Bowles is having a hell of a year with that defense.
However there's no way they are going to the bowl. Whether it's Drew Stanton or Ryan Lindley. I'll say though they do remind me somewhat of us in 2011.

The Cards also placed Ellington on IR. Their offense is gonna remind me of us this year.

They are saying Stanton is week-to-week with a knee sprain.

Re: Cardinals @ Rams
Drew Stanton - QB - Cardinals
Mike Jurecki of FOX Sports 910 reports Drew Stanton suffered a sprained ACL and Grade 2 MCL sprain in Thursday night's Week 15 game against the Rams.
It could be worse, but it sounds to us like Stanton's season is over, though that could change depending on how far Arizona advances in the playoffs. Heck, Philip Rivers played with a torn ACL a few years ago. Ryan Lindley sits atop the depth chart for the Cardinals, with Logan Thomas No. 2. Expect the Cardinals to add another quarterback to the roster by Monday. Thomas isn't ready for the NFL.

He is super smart. In the Kansas City game, they're tight end fumbled the ball and that part was not reviewable so he challenged that the catch was made. When the replay officials look at things they look at the whole play. That's where they saw the fumble. I disagree that that he didn't recover the fumble before it was pushed forward again, but that doesn't really matter. He is smart because he knew how to use the system.
