He's a beast. I owe my win last year to him.

Chris Paul didn't just die. He's in the mix too.

That would be pretty cool. Would make people not tank.

Highest rated rookie this year? McDaniels at 94. Real life, second round pick.

We're not doing a draft lottery.

Without a draft lottery, you are only rewarding Matt and Mirj's anti competitive behavior.

That doesn't mean that rookies aren't contributing...

I agree. Plus, saying that rookie's don't make enough of an impact in year 1 is a pretty bad excuse anyways. If you don't feel like doing it, we can always get one of the mods to do it.

blah, anti-sixers purist.

im with Ty.. we agreed from the beginning worst team would get 1st pick.

when you change fundamentally how this league work, im out. its very fundamental, and if you want to shake it out something as important like that, we should reset this league next year/apply the rule for next year. I mean, we draft players based on asumption there will be no lottery pick.

We did it once already with the IL list so theres that.

Tanking takes the fun out of it for everyone though. Without a lottery, there's nothing stopping you from just throwing the season away. You'll still get better odds to win the lottery, but there needs to be a lottery to stop tanking. And it's better to solve the problem early than late.

IL is not the same with complete change in draft day. Meh, you guys just lucky being good with higher pick than me, so i decided i can't win this league without rebuilding and draft based on that assumption. Its fundamental change. very **** big change

Its not fair the best team getting 1st pick next year. Thats just astronomically stupidity

I wasn't too happy with the IL introduction either as it greatly effected how we drafted before it was implemented but you didn't see me threatening to leave the league.

Stop bluffing Mirj.

the best team is not getting the 1st pick. A draft lottery means that the teams that did not make the playoffs would be in the lottery. All other teams would be like normal draft. You seem distraught about this idea because you're implying that you're tanking.

A lottery would hardly change anything.

Exactly the IL list changed things. I would have also drafted differently.

this league is not big enough for a draft lottery, it doesnt make sense. we could do a draft lottery for like the bottom 3 teams maybe, but not for 6.

Hes also unlikable and it will be great to see him come in for Kobe off the bench.

hes like 10x better than kobe at this point i doubt he cares, he will be in the playoffs and kobe wont lol.

Well he is like a decade younger than Kobe. Id be ashamed to not be better. His team is a first/second round exit so I don't care.

yeah so then why would you bring up the all star thing, thats **** dumb, nobody cares about who starts in the all star game as long as they make it.

i also thought the rockets would suck and could even miss the playoffs after losing parsons and missing out on bosh this off season, but they actually look wayyyy better. once jones and howard come back they will actually be pretty dangerous. its impressive that theyve been winning games with their starting front court out for nearly half the season. i want the rockets to suck but really they dont.

I was just bringing up the point that Hardens game is bad to watch and he's unlikable. Fantasy wise it's different obvs
