Have we even had a two way playing big man since Patrick Ewing? I suppose Kurt Thomas could fit that description. Other than that, all we have had were either Eddy Curry, Amare, Channing Frye, David Lee, Harrington type of all offense/no defense types or Tyson, Dalembert types that brought defense but very little on offense. Having a potential two way big man would make our rebuild/retool much easier since a player like Towns could potentially play next to anyone. While with Okafor we would have to make sure we got a defensive big specifically to play next to him. That's why I am leaning to Towns at this moment, but that could change later in the season.
