CLE defense looks really good aside from a couple of lapses. It's really coming together on that end.

Firing well on both ends right now.

what exactly did you expect? Every team has weaknesses. An all star guard, all star power forward, and the best player in the NBA = NO Excuses. Your complaining because the Heat didn't have a quality center, and Point guard? You can't have everything. Lebron chose these players, he chose to team up with bosh, so he can't complain about about that. Most teams are first round playoff caliber teams without their best players. The Heat used their spacing and lack of size to their advantage against most teams, your just complaining because teams that could exploit their weaknesses gave them a hard time or beat them. Yes, Lebron was the glue that held the team together, but that's because the team was built to get the best out of him.

you are way too impressed by name power and just dismiss all aspects of team building and factors like injuries to even remotely intimate the supporting cast around lebron from 11-13 was " as talented as it gets under the cba." No one is saying they didnt have redeeming qualities, but the hyperbole around that cast is exactly the type of nonsense i am talking about occurring during this run. You boiling it down to "2 all stars with him, no excuses" is just lazy analysis that lacks any depth at all. And given that, why not consider the 2014 team "as talented as it gets under the cba" because they still had that in the fold. Its not that simple. And you know that. Or at least you should. Why not consider this years miami team among the most talented in the league given they still have those 2 all stars and a well above average replacement player in deng, who himself was recently a 2x all star. Why are they in the bottom half offensively and bottom 5 defensively? Among other things, because games arent won by all star appearances.

Discipline goes a long way. So does having Lebron cover the pick and roll.

Just scoring at will from wherever he wants. Excellent quarter.

****, maybe Lebron should take a breather every stretch of games or so. Talk about energy.

I don't know how the Pelicans keep scoring on some BS skin of their teeth stuff but whatever. LeBron playing high-level defense again, making Ryan Anderson irrelevant.

Hopefully there's nothing serious with Davis and he's able to come back.

Lebron with 23 in the 1st half. What happened to Davis why only 7 minutes and no foul trouble?

Holy crap, how about that stride in transition, crossover, and quick step to the bucket eluding all defenders? Where has this Lebron been? Crazy.

Anthony Davis is questionable to return due to alleged chest contusion.

He looks like he's in his defensive prime right now, I've seen like no mistakes from him tonight.

Chest contusion
I came here to do two things: get lost and slice **** up & I'm all out of directions.

With regards to davis, cavs broadcast said chest contusion, return questionable

lebron looks real explosive tonight. Cavs really need to tighten up defensively though, this is definitely a step back. Ryan anderson is insane against the cavs this year

Maybe that article on him regressing yesterday got him upset.
