Sportbars in Miami?

Post#1 » by chrillenils » Thu Dec 11, 2014 6:15 pm

Hi all,

I´m going to Miami during december and since its my first time there I´m wondering if there´s any decent sportsbars in the Miami area?
Or if possible, any basketball-bar-ish place?

any recommendations?

Where in Miami are you going to be? There's a lot all over the place. Ale House, Duffy's, Miami Sport's Bar & Grill, certain Flannigans (half off drinks all night. Order the Mongolian Motherf'er). There's Billiards everywhere...the Clevelander (only during playoffs though, thinking about it now, ugh...Bokampers is a SERIOUS sports bar too. A little up there in price but the food is excellent and so is the service. TVs at every possible angle and there's always a game on. Little Hoolie's, Round table has cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeap prices on drinks, Finnegan's River, and again, the Duffy's in NMB is serious. Sandbar Sports grill.

It depends where you staying, Miami's night life is awesome. South Beach is full of Bars and Night Clubs, Brickell is good too

On Miami beach, the best is Finnegan's Lincoln Road. Great atmosphere and cheap. A lot of Heat employees drink there. Clevelander is good but more about people watching. Up north a bit is Billy's Too. There are great dive bars as well, like Deuce, Ted's and Bikini.
I'm like Global Warming, you can't ignore me.
