This is extremely sad news. I know we've been caught up in the recent trade possibility news, but I feel like we should honor the guy's memory here.
I had not heard about this guy until recently (through the MSG debacle), but it doesn't change the fact that I feel so bad for his fiance and family. I hope they do an autopsy to see if there was an issue with his brain, and that might lead to answers of what caused this change in his attitude. It just seems very out of the blue when you read at all of the events which transpired. Was he that affected by the events of the MSG ejection, or was there something else under the surface that we don't know about?
Either way, the Nets community lost a fantastic fan. Rest in Peace.

It's awful. I use to think that guy worked for the Nets by hyping the crowd with his neon shirts and stuff. It wasn't until later that I found out the guy was just a really passionate Nets fan. It makes me sad to know we're never going to see him on TV anymore. My best wishes to his family and friends.

Yeah, I saw him at Barclays several times in person and many times on television. At first, he seemed kind of annoying (which just goes to show how naïve it is judge a book by its cover) but it wasn't until the whole MSG situation where I really saw how cool of a guy he was. I wish we had more fans that were as passionate as he was and it's truly a shame to see how all of this transpired so quickly. I feel bad...really bad for his fiancée, family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with them at this time. Even though I never met him in person, it's always sad to see someone so full of life die so suddenly. RIP...

Truly a sad bit of news. Didn't believe it when I saw it on twitter. Pretty sad that a lot of us only really appreciated him after what happened in MSG and now that he's passed. Another reminder to appreciate what we have right now and not judge easily or jump to conclusions. RIP
