Reposting this because when I responded to VC, someone cropped the post. This is Why VC was upset with me,

The model Fillippa Hamilton, was 15 years old!!! when she started modeling with Ralph Lauren and at the age of 23 was supposedly to "fat" to be there model. Take that for what you will.

If you watched the video, She was Hurt because she thought that Ralph Lauren was like a 2nd family to her. So when they posted this image of her and then Fired her:

Well you can make up your own mind, on why they would do that to someone they used from she was 15!!!
