I do like the idea of them leaking it to gauge the interest in. Could potentially have a few lined up, and see what gets the most positive reaction. Do you think they are that smart though?

Also.. how would you feel about a fan vote for the new logo?

The new jerseys make or break the logo. If the jerseys that go along with logo are garbage, then the whole thing is garbage.

But if the jerseys look nice, then I like the logo

If this is the one I think It will grow on me and is absolutely inspired by the success of Brooklyn's redesign.

In a lot of ways it's what I expected based on Drake's store apparel. The style of this closely resembles the hands praying hats on his site right now. The animation style is also reminiscent of Run the Jewels' album cover. Heavy emphasis of black/silver to allow for multiple color-way options on hats.

The jerseys will likely feature the font featured there. I expect black/white and silver (think Brooklyn) will be front and centre with red and purple accents in an attempt to tie in all the different eras of the team's history.

Anybody that was expecting anything but an urban street wear inspired look was bound to be disappointed.

If i remember correctly the poster who saw the proposal said the jerseys are similar to our current ones but with a smaller font :nonono:
