IM reserving judgement until I see the whole rebrand. But the logo itself with the red is not a bad looking logo. I hope we still keep the Raptor though. He is so iconic.

i really like the current jersey. the colour scheme and chevrons remind me of a ttc bus and that makes me feel something close to civic pride when i see em

So years ago, we wore red to match the Nets' uniform colours in the arena for the playoffs....and now we're just straight up using their logo....

If i had to nitpick - i would have completely got rid of the red for purple, gold or even silver.

The lettering is silver.

And purple would not pop nearly as much as the red does.

Plus, we still want to have a bit of a pan-Canadian look, which the red accomplishes.

I don't normally comment often but as a hardcore Raps fan, I'm compelled to say something.

Is this for real? This is going to be our primary logo - this thing that a 7th grader from 1999 put together in corel draw?

Well if we're going to rip off an NBA team I'm glad it was Brooklyn. I love their logo/colours

Wish they would have been more original. New team logos/schemes are always a huge let down in the end because you've seen all the great ideas that the fans come up with themselves and the ones the team eventually design are never as good

I get why they did it, i just don't like the red. purple, gold or silver outline would look better,IMO.

This as well. To me it looks really plain and basic. I need to see how the jerseys look, how the logo itself is situated on the jersey and the rest.

It's not terrible, but it didn't rush blood to my mid-region

Same reason many fans rationalize terrible moves by their teams. Remember the Turkoglu signing?
