why grey in the middle??

I don't understand where or why that would fit in the aesthetic..

the ball should be red and make it a red outside white lettering in the middle and red ball inside.

grey looks **** dumb..

He's obviously had his influence on the new logo. I was looking at it and, I thought to myself, "Wow that looks like a 6". So I got to it with my creative buddy Brent and we whipped this up quickly.

We both agreed that there is subliminal images in this logo. He's got all the players from Paddy Patt, to Lou Will, to TRoss talking about the 6. Even durant and lebron mentioned "the 6" in instagram posts.

Thoughts?

wow. Some of you are really overreacting. This logo is not official and could easily be a tester. anything can still happen from design to color.

Sid lee designed the logo. Drake probably had a little input but he didn't sit there and create it lol

Yes. I was envious of how slick Nets gear looked and hated seeing the Nets represented so often everywhere I went strictly because of the look.

I'll take safe, cool, stylish but derivative over something that's just flat out ugly and horrible to wear whe it comes to clothing. It's not a home run but it could have been ugly and unwearable and that would have been worse.
