Nelson Mandela is the better athlete.

Hell of a player, that's for sure.

That video speaks more about Masai than it does the fans everybody knows that Raptors fans are crazy about the team but have you ever heard of an NBA team executive traveling with fans on a bus for 4 to 5 hours ride to cheer their team ? probably never Masai is the real Champ here.

theSkinny wrote:That is awesome... Doing bus trips like that was something I thought of organizing after the Philly series...back in 2001.

Not only am I happy to see it actually occurring, But the fact the GM has travelled with the fans?? awesome.

Air Canada would be smart to offer a "team flight" to destinations it flies to for games.

It's safe to assume that he got on the bus before departure to greet the fans, then made an exit. Pretty awesome regardless.

Awesome! I gotta say this last 2 seasons has brought tears of joy to my eyes. Just worked out so perfectly for us. So glad we didn't tank and traded Lowry away. We would've missed out on all of this.

The only way this would have been even more amazing if Masai was driving the bus

Turkish teams play in the Euro leagues so I am going to say fan wise they are European.

Let all the families populate the rest of the arena. Just give the supporters a section behind the basket. You'd get the atmosphere you want but without "little Billy" or "grandpa Jack" getting their view obstructed or their ears hurt.

From my experience going to games, young kids are actually some of the more loud and supportive of any of the fans.

I think the Bucks had some kind of supporters section a few years back. It was when Bogut was there, and IIRC he was one of the leading guys to get management to set it up?

I remember that. They were loud, had drums and everything too. I think if we had a supporter section or something like that the TFC had badk then it can be 10x louder and make it more fun at games. Can also influence others to create the same buzz every game.
