Honestly at no time in his process did someone not look at it and say "maybe this is a little too close to Brooklyn"?

I am disappointed the rebrand didn't involve a renaming to the Huskies.

Looks like the did go with what I was hoping for in Black/Silver/Red. Still, logo is a bit boring and too much like the Nets. Can't remember the poster that designed the logo I use as my avatar (sorry) but that would have been better than this for sure. Maybe just add some red to highlight it a bit but the Raptor in the logo would have been nicer. Anyways, I'm ok with this and hope the jerseys design is good, glad they got the colours right at least.

i wouldn't say that… his logo and the official logo are actually pretty similar… and the things they have in common look good… the only different is the official one has a claw where as his has a raptor… i like both tbh, but i like the claw better than a cartoony raptor… that's not a discredit to him… like i said, he actually did a good job and it's crazy how similar they are...

Anyways, my real concern is the gold crap I see which has ZERO connection to the Raptors in any way. I'm ok with the official Raps logo as long as the gold is only used to sell shirts to teenie boppers in love with Drake and not seen on the court in a real basketball game.

I am all for the black and gold logo, but if the uniform's primary color is black with silver trim, i think it's going to look ugly.

Would look much better if the jersey color was gold or silver with perhaps black trim.

I wish they had the jersey like this. Straight pin stripes. Sorry, I suck at photo editing. I would love if some added a nice font for the raptors and the jersey number and erase the spikes in the back. Straight pin stripes throughout this jersey makes it look legit with so much longevity
