Assuming that Martell Webster is going to be back in the lineup this week -- and that's a safe guess starting with Sunday's game vs. the Phoenix Suns -- the Wizards will have to make a decision on who to deactivated from the active roster into street clothes.

Thats right. Even RotoWorld is reporting he would be back for todays game.

WELCOME BACK MARTELL

If not Sunday, Tuesday vs. the Chicago Bulls or Thursday at the New York Knicks on Christmas Day. The educated guess here is that it would be Blair.

Martell Webster appears on track to make season debut

http://www.csnwashington.com/basketball ... ason-debut

Martell Webster spent about two hours after practice Saturday getting up shots and doing drills for his return which is expected to happen this week on a minutes restriction, as early as Sunday's home game vs. the Phoenix Suns (CSN, CSNwashington.com and NBC Sports Live Extra, 5:30 p.m. ET).

Webster will be eased back when he returns, evaluated after each time and ideally have his role gradually expanded as coach Randy Wittman has used small lineups more and more.

Our always funny Webby is back. Here is one of his classic interviews that I missed being able to watch.

Our main man hit his first 3 of the season against the Knicks last game. I saw that one going in when it left his hands

I know we have a Martel appreciation Thread around here somewhere so if its easy to do, maybe a mod can merge this into it.
