Week 17: Lions Lead-Up

Post#1 » by LUKE23 » Sun Dec 21, 2014 9:10 pm

Not much needs to be said. It's for the division and possibly the #2 seed. Lions have been pretty lucky this year and are a dirty ass team. Let's beat their ass.

Go out right away and **** destroy them. Something like what the Pats did to them earlier this season would be awesome.

Just copy what the Patriots did.

They made it look so easy vs. the Lions.

I want a 2010-2011 Packers vs Giants type beat down. The one that got us rollin' (sort of. We scored 10 points vs the Bears the next week)

I want any kind of victory but a demoralizing confidence destroying mauling would be preferable.

You'd have to think Raiola is suspended next week so I'd send a bunch of Clay up the middle and safety blitzes to test them.

It's definitely for the #2 seed, its possibly for the #1 seed but that is out of our control.

Wouldn't be surprised if this game got flexed to a later time.

They just announced we got flexed to 4:25pm EST. Surprised it wasn't flexed to SNF, I think we could still potentially be flexed to SNF.

EDIT: they have to announce/decide the week 17 SNF game by tomorrow

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's like they were thinking about what could be the worst, most boring game to put on? Aaron Rodgers? Nah. Calvin Johnson? Nah. Andy Dalton in primetime, baby!

It's possible Fox still had a veto to use to keep the game. Not sure though.

Fox had to of had the final say, hard to believe NBC would choose Bengals Steelers over Packers Lions if it was their choice.

So if the Pack wins we're a locked for second place or do we not have the Dal tie breaker?
