I like our defensive system. We just need better players to execute it.

With better players comes more trust and less break downs where DeAndre is a step late closing out on Duncan.
We got 3rd quarter stops.
We need 4th quarter stops.

This is my first post in about a month, and the only reason I'm even posting is because I have an honest question after this latest disappointment. Has this team done anything all year to demonstrate that they can even win a single playoff game against anyone in the West, let alone make the WCF? Because I have yet to see even one sign of it.

I truly hate the spurs, I feel like this is the team the clippers will never thru.

Spurs show why they have so many Larry's while were stuck with Moes and Curly's.

I had to work late so I didn't follow the game. I honestly didn't expect us to beat the Spurs and we didn't. I'm sure our defense let us down since we gave up 125 points. We have another game tomorrow so hopefully we'll be ready for the Hawks.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

I am losing faith in Doc as a coach. We busted our guts to tie it down the stretch and then he brings Jamal in. Our ball movement stopped and our defense declined.

We never beat SAS. I didn't expect a win. To let them shoot such an insanely high % is awful.

the spurs were determined last night. after 4 losses in a row they were on a mission and could not miss. the clips hung in and had a chance to win but got away from ball movement. when cp3 tries to take over with blake the others become useless. they must run the offense. jj had maybe 4 shots in the second half when he was shooting well. jamal should not have been in at the end. will be rough against Atlanta after that tough loss

Yeah, I'm not losing faith on him and I still think he's a great coach, but his love for Jamal is starting to be too weird. Specially for a coach that prides himself on defense and accountability. I thought it was specially weird that he went with a Crawford-Farmar-Redick 3 guard line up in the middle of the 4th quarter when he put the starters back in, because Farmar was kinda hot, leaving Paul on the bench. Then he puts Paul back in, immediately leading to Crawford botching a rotation and leaving Green wide open for the 3 that put them up 4 and killed the game.

Our defense was embarrassing yesterday, as it's been all year, and Jamal is probably the biggest factor. It was sad to see yet again how the Spurs were just putting anyone he was guarding to run a p&r cause it's free points. The defensive problem is bigger than Crawford, but I feel taking him off the court would ease it a tad.

Also, the all bench line ups need to stop NOW.

I think doc relies on cp3 and blake when we are in trouble to much. the offense is good when the starters are moving the ball and then they get away from it and the rest just watch. not the best coaching. jamal is a problem on defense but others need to get better. blake and dj are lazy on d. going to be tough in the playoffs if this doesn't get much better.
