anyone have any recommendations for some quality noise reduction headphones (over the ear) that don't cost an insane amount of money (ie not paying 50 extra bucks for brand name)?

I don't know about noise cancelling but I have Audio Technica ath-m30s and they are fantastic.

they have these on amazon for $69. does that sound like a good price? that is close to the price range i was thinking about about $50. someone at work also recommended a pair of skullcandy headphones on amazon for $47.

I bought mine on Amazon last year for $55 so they definitely go lower.

To be honest, most of the time it's just me being too lazy to reach for the keyboard and login, and this is my first and only forum I've ever joined, but I used to lurk around here and on Realgm with no account or username for like 2 years or so before I could actually watch Bobcats games. I could only stat-watch CHA games with my NBA gametime app and see Lakers/Clippers games on TV (Lakers last chip and Blake's rookie year).

Moved back to NC just in time to witness our worst season ever, which included plenty of TT, Mully and Diop and our coach falling asleep during games. Luckily, every year got better and better, excluding this past offseason.

No matter how much I could find wrong with this team at any time, I couldn't stand to see any other team beat us

I got these noise-canceling headphones for Christmas

Good stuff. They're not amazing but they're good quality and they cancel sound pretty well. Haven't tested them on an airplane or anything, but it's good for $50.

I cannot believe the Panthers won a division title. I was busting on my former roommate in Asheville about them all season. I was having too much fun. Too bad it had to end. And it all happened so soon.
