Where are the Hawks that just went on that 5 game winning streak? This clearly isn't them...

Up 2 at the half of an ugly ugly game. This team is so bad at delivering a knockout punch when they're up big.

Only good thing I have to say about this game so far is Thabo looks like he is getting his confidence back at the 3. He's been shooting the 3 ball better recently.

Shots are finally starting to fall, up 10, let's please deliver a knockout punch while they're stunned.

Well I'm definitely not thrilled with anything I've seen tonight. So much for that "statement" performance we were all hoping for. Something that a 21-8 Hawks team should have been capable of..

Once Schroder started barking at Horford for not catching that god awful pass, he pretty much glued himself to the bench.

We escape Milwaukee with a win, thanks to Jeff Teague absolutely bailing us out. Kidd has done a hell of a job with this Bucks team, he should be on the shortlist for Coach of the Year at this point (penciled in right next to Bud). We have some regrouping to do before Lebron comes to town on Tuesday.

Cavs don't play D like the Bucks do. It's going to be on our D to perform Tuesday.

Well...

It wasn't pretty but I'll take it. We definitely have a TON of work to put into the next few practices before we face the cavs. We only shot 36% tonight. Jeez..

I thought coach bud's substitutions were on point tonight. playing pero al then pero sap and al mike, looked good. mike is due for a scoring explosion soon and DS17 has now strung together three awful games. I was pleased to see that mack took his second half minutes. hopefully shelvin can drop the hammer on tuesday. also, thabo is coming along nicely. go hawks!

Mack was horrible too. Hated having to see Teague play so many minutes, but Schroders benching was probably just a reminder to him to not get the big head after that little tantrum he threw

It wasn't a pretty game, but it was a win.

Two straight not so great performances from the Hawks, but i don't think it will be a trend. These two games are not going to show up on the NBA radar, nobody is going to talk about them.

The Hawks have a good record, and beat a lot of really good teams, nobody will talk about the Buck games.

The Hawks have some more tough games coming up. Just refocus on ball movement and defense. Horford has had some pretty good games as of late and been doing his part in rebounding, and Thabo has been hitting 3s as of late. Dennis will turn it back up soon, so no worries.

Great game by Zaza!!! Good to see him again. I really wish he could have stayed with the Hawks but I understand fanatically it wasn't possible. I would love to bring him back to Atlanta in a trade, but i don't think the Hawks have anything to trade to Milwaukee.

The Bucks have usually played the Hawks tough over these last several seasons.

Not a good weekend. We need Korver to make shots to win big and that is becoming a concern.

Return to Atlanta Hawks
