tbh I don't like the move, because I don't want to take minutes from Sacre.

if we are going to trade hill(for assets most likely), then this is the foreshadowing.

WHAT ? C'mon AG....Black outplayed Sacre the one time we face the Rockets without Howard. Anyway dude is a workhorse, don't expect too much from him but he's a a need piece seeing as we lacked depth at the PF/C spots anyway.

I like the move, but status quo still stands with this roster......it ain't good enough.

I think you guys will like him. He is a really good offensive rebounder. He does not bring much else to the table but he does hustle and he works hard.

I wish the Rockets would have kept him and traded Capela for a pick instead but I'm glad he will get another shot to make a team.

EDIT: He was released because of contract reasons. He had outplayed Dorsey but Dorsey has a 2 year guaranteed contract.

This part cracks me the hell up.....

"The Hornets also reportedly placed a claim on Black, but the Lakers had waiver priorty."

Last I looked both teams have bad records.

Idk, I just like what Sacre brings to the defense. But I agree with Laker kid, this probably means that a trade is coming and it's probably going to be for either Sacre or Hill.

Solid move. Henry has been stinking it up when playing, and additional front court depth is needed. I recall Black getting a decent amount of minutes with Houston too, so he must be at least decent.

I like it. Try to trade Hill for pick/s now.

Do we know his real height? He's listed as 6'11 but some people say he's 6'8?

I highly doubt Sacre holds any value besides a very low 2nd round pick.... there probably gonna trade Hill and use Sacre in the Lin trade....

UNless there's a trade out there, this makes no sense. Very few minutes for him.

Os this the guy they dumped the ball to in crunch time that basically let the Lakers win?

He was a 2nd round pick, why would we develop him for 3 seasons and then trade him again for another late 2nd.

He's not bad by any sense but he isn't that good either. He will be a rotation player for us especially since we lack the depth. But he's nothing more than a solid young asset currently. But I like his chances of sticking around in the league. Great energy and hustle.
