Ross, Vasquez, and Hansbrough need to pick up their play if they want to stick around. I'm tired of excuses it's your job, gear up and lock down. Stop with the silly turnovers and dumb shots (cough Vasquez cough).

This is a game that tells us how much we miss Demar and I kinda miss Landry in the lineup.

That's why they get bounced every year by the Spurs or Grizz or Mavs.

With all the contact Lowry was drawing in the 4th and OT, these clown refs REFUSED to call a foul. Pathetic.

Everyone keep in mind, this wasn't the first time and won't be the last the NBA robs Toronto of wins.

Yeah, OT loss on the road without their leading scorer vs the team with the most wins in the nba is pure garbage...

I blame Casey and Reffing, you can't blame Lowry. He did what he could, he tried to get the calls and did everything in his power to get us a win, gtho if you think otherwise. How many times do I have to say Vasquez can't get too many mins esp when his shot is not on, we messed up there with all those fouls and the momentum shifted.. the refs, don't even make me start.

It was an amazing game ruined by the dumb calls(I swear those refs should be in the d league) and Casey smh

Ehhh Portland is a tough place to win at, the way the Raptors led for almost the entire game says a lot though, this team is defintely heading the right direction.

Lowry missed a few easy ones he usually makes, including that wide open 3 near the end of regulation.

Still, this team is showing that they're up there with the elite teams.

No doubt about it. Teams have to literally fight as hard as we do, for the whole game, to beat us. If teams don't do that, we win. It's as simple as that.

I'm so impressed by just how much we scratch and claw every single possession.

Well said Mr. Singh.

We better not tolerate this BS reffing when it comes playoff time though.

Laure wrote:It was a clear path, definitely, but calling for the refs heads is the easy way out in this game. Lowry's chucking and Casey's indecisiveness on JJ and JV where the main culprits IMO. JJ was probably having one of his best all-around games this season, yet he was benched for Lou for 'offensive' purposes, did the guy even made a shot tonight?

Blazers made some threes at the end, whereas we didn't. Hence, they won the game. Good effort from our guys though.

It was a factor of all of this. Casey leaving Val and JJ out, poor decisions by the refs and Lowry not hitting his shots. Big Science was having his way over shoulder cup but is sitting on the bench in OT?? Makes no sense. Don't even get me started on the clear path BS.

If you have never heard of the legendary home cooking calls in Portland, you haven't watched the NBA long enough.

It is a time honored tradition dating back decades.

We got some great looks down the stretch, and Kyle had a ton of space to work with playing alongside Patterson, but missed shots he normally makes and made some poor decisions. This isn't on Casey.

Pretty surprised he didn't knock out the ref considering that he's getting pushed and hugged. He deserved six more FTs than what he had. For a player as physical as Val to not get any FT in an OT game is BS.

I allow myself about 3 games a season where I get to blame the refs for a loss.

Yeah, this is one of those games

What game were you watching? Two top-3 teams just took a close game into OT and it could have went either way, even with their three straight 3s.

If that's garbage, you must watch the 95 Bulls on repeat and nothing else.

Who won the game?

The Blazers. Someone had to, and it was a damn good matchup.

Keep the damn hyperbole for the club when you're trying to pretend you're packing something worth a girl's time.

In OT, refs played a big part in the loss, but over the course of the game we can't blame the refs... Raps had a nice 13 point lead at one point, it wasn't the refs fault they lost it.

Losing leads shouldn't mean auto-loss. It's basketball, it's a game of runs. Wins are about who has more points after 48 minutes & it's kinda the refs fault in that case.

I'd rather that than play like our team - chucking long 2s.

Our "long twos" work better considering we have the best offense in the league.
