You know what refs aside, size is a problem for us, Amir is a warrior but he is battling against bigger stronger guys no wonder he is injured half the time. We need a mobile big that can defend and that can score. We could not get critical rebounds at the end.

Do Raps still get apologies? Cuz I want one for that clear path nonsense. Refs clearly play favorites in the end. F*** them. Refs are scumbags who have self esteem issues. NBA reffing is the worst in all of sports and the Damn commissioner isn't doing anything about it. I think I'm done with the NBA.

The 4th quarter is suppose to be more physical because each possession is more tightly guarded. But they do the opposite. They make sure the road teams play softer D by putting them near the bonus early in the quarter.
Lowry attacked the rim all night long and he only got 6 foul shots. meanwhile, Aldridge is throwing bows everywhere and Amir or JV gets called for defensive fouls? Its just unfair and makes me sick to my stomach. I know refs have a tough job but come on. this is happening on a nightly basis for the raptors on the road.

demoted, I'd rather see them investigated for betting, they're no better than that slimeball Donaghy. Adam Silver, I dare you to fine me. F*** you Adam Silver, you Christopher Lloyd lookalike for hiring such crooks, the

In OT, refs played a big part in the loss, but over the course of the game we can't blame the refs... Raps had a nice 13 point lead at one point, it wasn't the refs fault they lost it.

Overall Raps played really nice tho...

Yeah but you also gotta consider who you are playing. Blazers are one of the best teams in the league and have a 15-1 record against the east. I'm not too upset that the Raptors could not hold the 13 point lead since Blazers come back from those kinds of leads all the time. The end still **** you

The team is missing a three point threat when Lowry goes iso.

How many times do I have to say Vasquez can't get too many mins esp when his shot is not on, we messed up there with all those fouls and the momentum shifted.. the refs, don't even make me start.

It was an amazing game ruined by the dumb calls(I swear those refs should be in the d league) and Casey smh

bruh you summed up this game perfectly

One of the worst calls was that foul on Lowry when lillard jumped up and came backdown. You been letting JV/Lowry get hacked all night long but now you are gonna call a foul when lowry barely has his hand on lillard. GTFO

Everyone keep in mind, this wasn't the first time and won't be the last the NBA robs Toronto of wins.

and i love when Amir tried to play defense on Lamarcus every breath was a foul :nonono:

We had that game. Lou and lowry have to stick those shots. That's what the game came down to.

I really don't usually blame the refs, but they clearly had a bad impact on the game. No consistency at all!

Laure wrote:It was a clear path, definitely, but calling for the refs heads is the easy way out in this game. Lowry's chucking and Casey's indecisiveness on JJ and JV where the main culprits IMO. JJ was probably having one of his best all-around games this season, yet he was benched for Lou for 'offensive' purposes, did the guy even made a shot tonight?

Blazers made some threes at the end, whereas we didn't. Hence, they won the game. Good effort from our guys though.

JJ was consistently late on defensive rotations. He was half-assing it closing out on shooters - in the first half it didn't matter because the Blazers went 2/17 or some **** from 3 pt range.

JV, I agree with you tho.

Casey is a clown -

But you cannot possibly say the reffing was good - they had the exact same play go down within seconds of each other, 2 clear paths called with different results.
Honestly makes me not want to re-up my seasons next year. **** garbage seeing talent taken out of the equation and having zebras effect results.

Lou feels like a net of nothing because half the time he's missing everything

Ross needs to hit shots

Lowry was playing hero ball again. Your J isn't falling, give it up. We need to stop relying on jumpers in the clutch. This is what is going to kill us in the playoffs

Only reason they started relying on Js is because lowry drove into the paint and every time he would get hacked and the refs wouldn't call ****.

Examples of situations where you aren't getting those calls, ever:
- NBA Playoffs
- NBA regular season 4th quarters
- NBA games in general
- NBDL games
- College and high school games
- Rucker park games
- Pickup basketball games at the local gym

Stop blaming the refs for not calling a foul when a 6' guy goes right at a 6'10'' guy and gets flat out blocked.

Ugly 4th quarter. Casey left GV in too long and then he takes him out for 1-9 Lou Williams and not JJ???

Also, 0 ball movement just Lowry GV or Lou going 1 on 1 every trip

Refs aside, I think we lost this game because of Casey and Lowry. Lowry was good early, but towards the end, he went into complete ISO mode and started going 1 V 5 nearly every possession. Casey waited way too long in the fourth quarter before bringing the starters back in. He had our bench going against Aldridge and Lillard for significant minutes before finally making a change. By that point, the lead was nearly gone and Portland had the momentum.

how about casey not doing a thing in the 4th quarter, and letting kyle run around with his head cut off on offence....

Did you hear the audio from the last play in the time out

"dont give up on the play" "keep trying"

dude literally drew up nothing, just kyle get the ball and see what you can do, thank god we got bailed out by amir.

how about Valanciunas getting that unnecessary technical too.

Exactly. That was not a technical in any way whatsoever.
