Calderon needs to be next. We need to enter free agency with all the cap space possible. Then we can choose between Reggie and Dragic for instance, along with maybe JB.

Dalembert was obviously not coming back next year, and I am sure Phil did not want to pay Iman. This trade was clearly done for the sole reason that JR Smith would likely pick up his player option next year given the continued drop in his market value. This was done to get rid of JR Smith. That's really about it.

Still a good trade even without Reggie Jackson. Much more cap room for Phil to work with in the summer. Now the question will be whether he looks to trade Jose Calderon as well.
