It's not the move this team has made over the years (usually we take back "win now" guys in an effort to improve the roster), but this is a good one. If you are going to tank and clear cap space, go all in. Again though, it's how Phil uses the cap space and draft picks that will determine the team's fate. Many perennial lottery teams have had cap space and high draft picks to play with over the years and did nothing with them.

I'm so **** pumped for this! I want our young guys to play 35+ mins a night get the experience the grind the hustle and next year come back strong with nicely developed youth a first rounder and 1 max and 2 good players (if we can) so much more excited now for next year

Pick and cap room in same deal that JR is sent packing. Shump's value still decent actually. Obviously not high but not bad.

Would make sense. We now have roster spots and room under the apron given the exceptions. Might as well give Alex Kirk a look as well.

lmao if you think cavs have a chance. bulls are the best team in the east and even if cavs somehow made it to the finals,any west team will beat them.
