Interesting development. I just read that ESPN article about him yesterday. I got into some pretty heated arguments with some folks back in the day (<cough> Deep <cough>), contending he was actually a very effective GM. Gotta say, I feel vindicated by the success his additions have had under a competent coach. The question with him is his emotional and psychological well-being, though, not his ability to find talent. Could be interesting for the Skins.
