Anyway, I don't care for gold, like I told you before, because it has nothing to do with the Raptors. If the Raps in 1995 had gold in their colours then fine. They didn't, so I don't see where it fits. Go back to the original scheme and there was purple, there was red, there was black and there was silver. So, I never liked purple so I was ok losing it. Don't see why we have to add gold or where gold comes in at all.

As an alternate I don't care if they use gold. It obviously will sell them some jerseys.

I wish they had the jersey like this. Straight pin stripes. Sorry, I suck at photo editing. I would love if some added a nice font for the raptors and the jersey number and erase the spikes in the back. Straight pin stripes throughout this jersey makes it look legit with so much longevity

Unfortunately I can't remember. But he makes custom Raptors shirts and had a thread on here with avatars and sigs. I like it too, would have rather had it as our new 'shield' than what Syd and Drake came up with.

Maybe the main theme will be the We The North black and silver theme with some red and white trim (like the new logo which I like)

And then they will have a third alternate jersey that is purple, kinda like the Cavs main colours are yellow and burgundy but then they have their third alternate royal blue one.

We'll see..

It's a personal taste issue. Some, myself included, don't like the gold because it looks tacky. Others, like yourself, find it very appealing. It's okay to have differing opinions. This board would be so boring if everyone had the same opinion on every topic.
