Here is his draftexpress profile http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Cedi-Osman-7133/ hes projected to go at 38 by draftexpress in 2015 NBA draft.

The RealTimeDraft community ranks Cedi Osman currently @ 51. Either way, he appears to be a high value 2nd rounder. His film shows a player who has some nice qualities, but they have to do battle with some of his flaws. I personally like the instinctual way he can get to the rim - even if his less than perfect first step gets in the way sometimes. He is definitely interesting & worth a look

I've seen him play quite a few times. Good potential as a slasher, very hardworking player on both ends and has good character. If he improves his jump shot further and gets some better handles, definite NBA player. At this point he's in the late 2nd round range.

Do you think he could play the PG in the NBA ? Because hes a good playmaker, and with his size it would have been awesome.

I think he's more likely to be utilized in a more versatile backup role. He can handle both guard positions and even some SF from time to time. Solely PG? I doubt it. Doesn't have the handles.

He could be a good pick for a team like Spurs.

I knew nothing about this player until watching these two clips. Obviously highlight reels can be misleading, but I liked what I saw. Good stroke, alert defender, reasonably athletic.

Anybody know if he'll come over to the NBA next season? This guy looks like he'll be a pretty good player, definitely a Spurs type player.

Got 20 points last game coming from the bench went 5/5 from the 3 pts line, really an interesting prospect.

He's going to be good. Destined to be a Spur, it seems.

He wont come to NBA for 2 years more as he declared, could be a nice pick and stash asset for any team.

Big fan of him. He looks like a better version of Carlos Delfino.

Philly has five 2nd round picks and this kid plays on the same team as Dario Saric. Looks like a 76er Eurostash.
“This may be one of the best jobs in basketball right now,” Colangelo said at a press conference introducing him as the new GM of the 76ers after Sam Hinkie resigned.

Osman's more than capable of playing SG so I doubt that'll be an issue.

Cedi is a very versatile player, doubt positioning would be an issue for him. What's more important is the translation of his ball skills to the NBA. He can't hit a jumper consistently and plays a driving game therefore needs his ball handling to be effective.
