Got a win that we needed to win.

Keep thinking about comments that we heard tonight from Shaq, and other comments about Dwight. Is he coasting? Is he injured? Does he care?

Personally, I believe that he does care and that is not a question. As for the other two - is he injured? I'm curious about that. Everyone deals with nagging injuries, and it is a long season. Are we seeing a Dwight who is starting to play chess? Is he thinking 4-5 moves ahead?

Is he coasting? No. I do not believe that at all. I do think that he is trusting his teammates to take a bigger role, thinking that he is saving himself for later in the season. I do not buy at all that he is being lazy. I think that we're seeing a Dwight who is at that point where he is realizing limitations that he didn't see before and he's figuring out how to play in that new dynamic.

Dwight will not be a fantasy basketball stud night in and night out, but I do think that he's trying to do what he thinks is best for the Rockets long-term in the season. That may not be him dominating every night, but he'll show up when he needs to do so.

I have no doubt Dwight wants a ring and that's what matters most. His defense is critical for this team's success and he's bringing it.

theres a rumor that josh smith has a identical twin .. just a rumor

this game was sad

rockets win by almost 30 and all i see is that we dont have it. shooting a ton of threes - so many should be illegal .. josh smith after playing pretty good does nothing just embarrassed himself..howard not playing like a superstar ..this works vs the sorry knicks not going to work in playoffs
fire morey please ,the sooner the better.....ryan Anderson is a 3 not a 4

Return to Houston Rockets
