They will be on a back to back, so hopefully they rest everyone.

I got us winning this one. The new Hornets with the Cho drafted core playing significant minutes ain't nothin to play with.

I'm not sure how legit Cliff thinks we are as a team without Al but does a victory against the Spurs at least give him a moment of pause before he devises configurations on how to get Al back into the swing?

To beat the defending NBA champions without Cliff's crutch should resonate with Cliff and send shockwaves through the front office. There should already be a buzz if they're paying attention.

Oh there paying attention I just hope someone in the front office has the balls to make a change. If you ask me Kemba is now our best player so there is no need to build a offense around Big Al anymore. Im not exactly saying trade Big Al but this Alfense BS has to stop. MKG, Cody, Biz, and Walker are all better on a more uptempo system not to mention they are young and drafted by the Hornets.

Shooting deficiencies may be the only thing keeping that group from playing on a contender level. I have to admit. Before this streak I thought we needed multiple shooters. Now I think just one would be perfect and I'm convinced the biggest improvement is attributable to addition by subtraction with Al. It would be interesting if we could turn Al into a shooter. I still want Lance to return before Al.

Any chance Lance plays in the Spurs game Wednesday?

Eh, I disagree. They are totally different with Leonard being hurt, and he definitely won't play Wednesday barring a miracle of epic proportions.

I doubt Lance plays in the next couple weeks, and if he does play it will be a week or two before hes back in at least half decent condition to play significant minutes. Our beat writer and the Observer in general has basically been on a vacation of covering this team which is pathetic considering how well we have played so who knows.

When PJ is hittin 3s it gives us a HUGE advantage. Not used to to really having someone that can hit that on this team.

Seattle is a very hip city with all kinds of hipsters and cutting edge arts scene. Can you imagine how uncool Bonnell was over there? He's Mr. Rogers in Charlotte for chrissake.

I agree but I really don't like his form and think he's a very dumb player.

As dumb as he is I like his ability. Just keep a short leash on him. He could be huge for us in the playoffs.

Can'r keep a leash on a player like that though. Have to live with his mistakes because he is one streaky ass player. Right now he is anyway.

There's always a leash that can be kept on any player. Like if he miss 2 straight dumb shots then it's time to pull him. If he miss good shots I can live with but it's when he start taking the wild contested ones that I start to shake my head. I still like him more than Neal.

I like a retired Corey Maggette more than Neal right now. Im glad Clifford benched him.

He can and more importantly is willing to play defense thats where it starts, he is a rookie so we cant be to hard on him for some of the things he does because all rookies do sh*t like that. If he can defend and space the floor than he is doing a great job if you ask me.

Can we let Neal just fly back with the Spurs once this game is over?

The Spurs would tell the league office to fine us for tampering as bad as Neal is. They know what they were letting walk when he became a free agent.
