Ross is only starting SF by default. If Demar or James knew how to shoot, Ross would be coming off the bench for this team at best. Durant or even someone like Kahwi Leonard would solve alot of SF problems fast.

The Hawks team is mostly made up of a bunch of no names and journey men, but look at them. Look at the difference with the Warriors now. Sometimes a simple coaching change can really do a team good.

Horford alone is more reliable than derozan ever was. You don't rely on inefficient guards for offense.
