I'm going to say Lou. Think about it. You have a camera crew following you in Open Gym (he's never had this ever). Then you have actual fan support and 20,000 people chanting "Looooou". All of a sudden he's playing lights out...people are talking about him. Maybe he's like "man, I'm back baby!".

Also, I bet Vasquez was cocky too. Yes, he contributed next to nothing in the early success...but he is just a cocky MOFO in general.

Maybe Ross. Hell, maybe even JJ.

i am probably not the only one thinking it but Ross reminds me of bargs lots of talent but he just doesn't want it i mean how are you the best athlete on the team and have a 3 point shot but you avg 1 FTA a game watching him hurts, people held out hope for bargs because of was the 1st pick and Ross because of his 51 point game but this sucks and he has to go, watching him play is like :banghead:

I've lived in Florida my entire life but I was born in Toronto so I have a soft spot for Toronto related things.

I tend to drift around the Heat board and this board.

The Heat are atrocious this year so you guys are like my 2nd team pretty much.

It's unfortunate but that is often how it is. The ones with the best work ethic are the ones that go the furthest.

Ross had amazing athletic potential but because he doesn't have the work ethic of a Demar Derozan, he will forever be a 2nd or 3rd option capable of winning dunk contests. Jamario Moon could do that also as could the Gerald Green of 4 years ago until a d-league stint turned his game around.

Demar came into the league raw and no one expected him to elevate his game to the level he is at now. That is a testament to the difference in his work ethic. Kobe is another great example being drafted 13th overall and is now one of the all-time greats.

All-star talk is never healthy. You can't be too cocky to play defense, though. These guys aren't fooling anyone right now and it doesn't matter what mix of guys are in the line-up.

irrational confidence. Lou's trigger-happy shot selection rubbed off on Ross and GV. Which is the worst thing that could happen to their games

With Ross' shooting and athletic ability it's actually sad he's been playing this bad. It's like there's something wrong in his head. Looks to be sleep walking all the time.

Another interesting thing to ponder, perhaps this team thought its hot start put them above shootaround?

SInce the team stopped shoot around the 3 point shooting has definitely plummeted. I'm willing to bet Korver doesn't skip shootaround.

Yea they did no doubt but this stretch I think will humble them a little bit. Remember the regular season is a marathon not a Sprint.
People act like we weren't the hawks just 1 1/2 ago. They will have their **** streak too.

I don't take this as JJ singling out one guy. If anything, I genuinely believe the whole team got a little too cocky, and it's probably for the best if the whole team takes responsibility for this as a unit.
