Why is he fed up with OKC media? What's the background?

The usual getting blamed for losses, often not credited for wins. Its sorta the usual narrative, but it seemed liike early this year he just finally had enough, that's my take.

I don't follow OKC beat writers and their media but are they still riding him hard? The national narrative has finally changed this year on RW to an extent so I figured local media would be easy on the guy too. If so then I can see him being upset but still I would rather him be angry GOAT after bad losses.

I don't live anywhere nearby, but from what I can tell they seem to. Don't know if any OKC fans who are local see this thread but they'd know for sure. That said, that's certainly how it seemed to me earlier this year.

Some pathetic NBC host is going on a rant on Westbrook and NBA players.

The last two tweets sound right on the money...

What's up with Russel Westbrook and these "Jackass" style interviews? This isn't classy at all. I wish people would stop being impressed with moronic, anti-social behavior.

LOL

That guy is a nobody. He has 400 followers on twitter. He probably doesn't even know who the GOAT is.

A nobody looking for attention and controversy, best thing is to ignore him.

Lmao, tf. Curry is better. Curry has gotten the best of Westbrook twice already. Imagine Curry with Durant :o

Lebron made it to the finals with that cleveland team.

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

Curry is definitely better, but GOATbrook is an incredible player in his own right. Add CP3 to the mix and it becomes an incredible top 3 at that position.

I see your point about that **** hat but tramel has been overly critical and if Westbrook doesn't want to talk to him because he's being basically " skip bayless to LeBron " in losses and he's in Westbrook's face, I could see why Westbrook can blow him The Hell off.

I came here to do two things: get lost and slice **** up & I'm all out of directions.

Yeah, it makes more sense now than Russ randomly being an ass to the reporters. I would do the same if a reporter was being "Skip Balyess" to me.

At basketball? Yes, Curry is better. He's at freaking 64% TS this season.
