The roster really is pathetic and we will lose if Kemba sits. No Kemba and no Al really exposes Cho for the fraud he is. The depth is nonexistent. There's enormous pressure for like 2 players to produce and carry the team.

But I digress… Kemba is a 6th man.

We should trade Neal and that Miami second round pick for Mo Williams. That way Mo can bring his stuff with him to Chatlotte, and Neal can take his with him back to Minny. Mo would be a good backup for Kemba, and pairing him with Lance makes the second unit a bit better

Al being out doesn't worry me, in fact that is good news. However, Kemba being out could present problems in this game

Have you looked at the Wolves roster? There's a reason they've won 7 games

Or we could have just signed Mo Williams instead of Roberts in the first place.

Yes and i've looked at our roster. There's a reason why they will win their 8th game.

No Kemba does raise the chances of a Minnesota upset, but we still should definitely be favored. The key for us is keeping our focus on defense and pushing the pace as soon as we rebound, that should be a much easier task against the wide-eyed T-Wolf youth than it was against a wounded veteran Indy team. Clifford was dead-on last night when he yelled "Go! Go! Go!" after seemingly every rebound late in the game, it's the only way we're going to generate easy buckets until Kemba or Al gets back.

Honestly the emergence of Biz really takes Cho of the hook a bit in my eyes. He and MKG are a hellacious defense/rebounding pair. Where our front office has failed is bringing in shooters to fill out the lineup around those two, the Hayward signing falling through is a big part of that so it's not like no one tried to improve things. Neal hasn't worked out, PJ isn't ready, etc. but eventually I really like where we stand with a starting 5 that includes Biz and Kidd-Gilchrist. Those two should provide elite defensive potential plus tons of hustle night in and night out, complement that with some scoring and you've got a potent squad.

As long as Kemba is out, and for the rest of the year honestly, we need to just focus on grinding teams to dust with stout defense for 48 minutes. It's not going to be pretty but it's our best chance. It will likely get us killed against high-octane teams like the Cavs, but against an experienced 'Sota team I'll take my chances forcing them to prove they can break down an NBA-caliber defense.

Yes we could have and probably should have. Since we didn't let's make it right. Minny going nowhere, surely they swap expirings for a chance to add future second

There are plenty of better 2-way players on other NBA teams and I don't like building a starting 5 that includes 2 defensive specialists (and Cody who does not provide much offense either). Those picks were made where they were made because there was a notion Biz and MKG could develop a little offense as well. They both provide zero offense. They're both horrible picks and neither has escaped bust label. And MJ should be furious his team has zero entertainment value. We are a treadmill team in an historically bad Eastern Conference. That is hard to do. The teams at the top of the conference would be treadmill teams in the West. Playoff revenue will add to the bottom line but our brand sucks because Cho sucks.

I would be surprised if it happens. We should have just kept Shabazz Napier and developed him as our backup PG. Hairston is **** terrible.

I would rather have kept Shabazz too. I was actually calling for KJ McDaniels and people thought I was crazy. I think he will be a good two way player

There is only one irreplaceable player on this team, and his name is Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.

We take this one.
Humble yourself.

I'm positive depending on the situation. I feel positive about Kemba + Clifford + Boston Terriers, other things as well, just can't think of any right now because I'm hung over. Crossfit, renewable energy, the beach, the mountains. I live a mostly positive life experience but I admit my demands (mostly on myself) are overboard when it comes to certain things. I like to push. I like to improve. I like change. There are always times in life for me and for everybody where we have to stop and appreciate the things we do have. I'm happy we have Kemba and Clifford. I'm happy we will be making the playoffs. We're one game back of BKN. I'm happy we are interested in Jeremy Lamb.

They only played 9 players yesterday, 3 of them played 40+ mins, all 5 starters played 36+ mins one of them was Robbie Hummel and they have to fly across the country.

They are dead last in the NBA in defense allowing a whopping 108 PPG and we somehow managed to score 80 on the 2nd best defense in the NBA, we should win this game.
