derrick's been hot, coming off a day of rest, playing against an 'elite' pg (and team in general) that he should be able to carve up; i'm feelin a season high tonight

I'm going to guess no more than 12 minutes, but it depends on whether Thibs wants to really just throw him back out there and also how well the other guys shoot from the perimeter tonight.

This isn't a must win, but it certainly feels like it to me. With a bunch of tough games coming up against Western Conference teams you better not let this slump go on much longer because other teams might start separating themselves from the pack in this conference. The #1 seed is already pretty much out of reach at this point.

The longer this losing streak goes on the more it looks like we could have a 1st round Cavs vs Bulls series.

Pre-game jitters are setting in! The Bulls will make a statement tonight!!
Kris Bryant will go down as the greatest Chicago athlete after MJ

edit 7/30/21: okay maybe not, but it was a fun ride nonetheless

if you have an issue with the fact derrick rose doesnt watch basketball on tv when he is at home, there is something wrong with you... lets just believe what he is saying that he is working his butt off, and that he really is working too hard not to get better. after spending most of your day at practice/shootaround, lifting weights, getting extra workouts in, and icing/rehabbing, watching game tape, not to mention the insane travel schedule when playing on the road, youre really gonna come home and watch more basketball? you always hear about guys taking weeks off at a time in the summer to take their minds off ball for a while.. why is not watching basketball on tv at home so bad? lets just believe that derrick is as dedicated as he says he is... anyway lol

I agree and all but why does LeBron, regarded as the best in the world, not to mention three kids and a wife still watch all basketball when he gets home? Wait...I think I just answered my own question.

Silly Derrick really could use the Marshawn Lynch guide to dealing with the media. Every time he speaks, something stupid comes out.

Glad to hear that our star player isn't letting basketball get in the way of his stories. Phew.

Just amazing that a guy doesn't want to take his work home with him. Are judges supposed to go home and watch court TV or doctors supposed to sit at home and watch er? I'm sure he watches film with the team and preparation for their next opponent. What's the issue? Seriously? Finding fault in everything he says is getting ridiculous.

There's a quick fix for that, stop saying stupid sh*t....

lol very true. i guess different players have different ideas on things, and clearly what lebron does has worked for him! as long as derrick had this approach in his fist three or four years, im happy with him doing so. he saw some major improvement then too, here's to hoping we see major improvement again. his last three games have been so encouraging.
