This is awful, they have to go away from it, and should have done so a month ago.
Another Caseyism that no one understands, right up there with starting GV at the 2.

I was watching the Memphis feed last night and their play-by-play guy was very confused as to why he would run down the clock and then shoot a contested three. Little do they know that it is right out of the playbook...

Interesting, he should be used as a diversion for a game winner scenario.

Make it seem like an ISO play for Lou but have KL or Demar take the final shot.

Waiting for someone to suggest that Salmons was the key to the surprising season last year.
On Gerald Henderson vs Derozan:
"Yes. Hendo is quite a bit better than DeMar.
So yes, I do believe he's currently the better player and do project that will continue to be in the future. I would also take Turner over DD."

This is some of the sorriest "coaching" that I have ever seen. I despise Casey's pathetic decision making. Last night you had JV starting the game 3/3 and scores the teams first 6 points then gets 2 more shots in the next 40 minutes while the guards brick dozens of shots. It is inexcusable. Lou's end of clock"plays" are just as lame. And I am a big Lou fan.

That would actually require our coach to know how to playcall.

I'm still trying to find ways to support Casey, but the complete lack of creativity offensively is really getting to me.

There's so many ways to utilize this as a diversion and actually run some background action for secondary options...yet we haven't done it once. In MONTHS.

Ugh.

Grizzlies announcers in first half: "hmm that was a weird possession....hold the ball for 20 seconds and throw up a 27-footer..."

Welcome to every Raptors end of quarter, good sirs.

Examples of what? Any other offensive set is better than the 50th re-run of the Lou top of the perimeter iso chuck fest...

The guy was hot the first few times, its not even like it works often... Casey literally fell in love at first sight and nothing will stop his bromance now.

Casey is arguably the dumbest coach the Raptors have ever had, and I'm not even exaggerating. He kind of reminds me of BC in the way he talks (very car salesman-like). I feel sorry for anyone who falls for it.

Actually, for the bench production he may have been a piece of the puzzle that made it successful. We obviously needed an upgrade from Salmons, however he was fully suited/bought into the continuous ball movement that made the second unit so successful this year.

Lou is a good iso scorer like Jamal Crawford, however he seems to have really sapped the ball movement out of that unit which is why we are seeing such drops from GV and PP.

Either that or everyone stopped trying/wanting to move the ball and Lou is forced to bail them out every game

Funny that you compare BC's way of speech with a used carsalesman... You've got to be kidding me. BC speaks like a politician as everything he says is political, there is no direct answer to a question. Car salesman are not nearly as advanced as that. Please...

Casey's X and O are just flat out embarrassing for a head coach.
